They are being replaced by hotels & casinos while thousands of homeless people still sleep in trailers, tents & under the bridge—2 years later—and their homes arent even damaged—they are merely coveted for N.O's new waterfront rejuvenation—which does not include black folk—as you will hear in this report...

A side story shows one organization offering subsidies and incentives to wealthy jewish familes if they relocate in New Orleans. The suggestion is that the Neo-Cons decided to take advantage of the Katrina disaster to try out a new little idea for a prototype urban envrionment where wealthy folk can live in a high security environment without the usual threats from minorities and other poor people they have to deal with now.
